I found the film nostalgic and yet lift your spirit and takes you on a different dimension. I was relating to Charlie's, introvert attitude, which it explains perfectly well how and why he is. How over comes and see the world in a different perspective. The pains and pressures of High school life and how to survive it.
I loved how they took me into different characters and gave each character life. They took me from one scene to the next intertwining, making each person on the film felt real and somehow they are beside you at the very moment.
The song selection was amazing, and each scene they played, with a particular song creates an image to the viewers minds.
Somehow, we all suffered something from our youth. There are a lot of things, especially I, would like to take away and forget about it. The love and the lost that he felt, I too have felt the same way and why I still do up this moment. It made me feel like I was the character at some point.
I would like to have that same feeling that he has as he way passing by the tunnel, as the world around him moves so fast and yet he remained still admiring everything there is.
My favorite line on the movie would be
Sam: Why do I and everyone I love pick people who treat us like we're nothing
Charlie: We accept the love we think we deserve.
Its a sad story, but at the end they made you feel alive.
